Sadly, the border closings and constant lockdowns have cleared out many of our favorite craft beer spots over the last two years. However, there is still a decent scene here in Central Vietnam.
VAR – 263 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Da Nang
Mr Tung, the owner, kept noticing that there were no spots in his hometown to drink decent beer, so he decided to open one himself. Recently opened in the city center, VAR have 8 taps and basic but tasty food.
Bungalow Beach Bar – 101 Nguyen Phan Vinh, Hoi An (An Bang Beach)
Bungalow have got 20 taps featuring beers from Furbrew, Fuzzy Logic, Heart of Darkness and Pasteur Street. They also have an amazing taco Tuesday that will have you coming back for thirds.
