Craft Beer in Central Vietnam

Bistro KAZ – 140 Ho Xuan Huong, Da Nang

Owners Michael and Karen are true foodies, with Michael teaching at the local hospitality college and Karen having authored multiple cookbooks. Needless to say, the flavors at KAZ are on point. A fun menu featuring Vietnamese fusion dishes the are interesting yet never feel contrived. Great wine list, with many available by the glass. And of course craft beer, with 8 taps and tons more in the fridge. This place rocks!

7 Bridges – 36 Tran Phu, Hoi An

With 30+ taps pouring at any time, and half of their own stuff with the other half guest taps from around Vietnam, you’ll definitely find something to your liking here. Great staff and really good pizza in a nestled in a fun space down in Old Town.

Unique Craft Beer – 43 Nguyen Hong Chau, Quy Nhon

While they aren’t brewing on-site, they do get contract brew several house beers down in Saigon which are available on tap in their bar. Nice selection of beer snacks in a spot that’s pretty much 100% driven by locals.
